Will a site be large enough to accommodate growth over time? How well will it work to convert a portion of an existing building into an auditorium? What are due-diligence items that should be included in a purchase or lease agreement? How will wetlands impact the ability to use a site? What are zoning or tax issues that need to be addressed for a given property? How many different professionals are needed to answer all of these questions, and what will that cost??
