This can be provided for select portions of a project or for the entire process. The extent of involvement is normally determined by the size, cost and complexity of the work. Especially for larger and more complex projects, having an independent party with a thorough knowledge of design, contracting and construction is a tremendous asset to protect your interests. We provide accountability to budget and schedule. It is also an excellent way for you to be sure that you get the desired outcome when we have developed the conceptual design for a building, but are not providing the architectural services.
